One of my passions has been animal rescue. In addition to finding loving homes for dozens of our canine friends, we have rescued and fallen in love with several dogs of our own. They are an absolute joy and intricate part of our family. Our first two rescue dogs came from a wonderful organization called The Amanda Foundation. That was over 13 years ago and one of them is still with us.

For over 20 years, The Amanda Foundation has been placing homeless animals in the Los Angeles area. They are a non-profit organization that rescues dogs and cats who are spending their last days at City and County shelters. Once they are rescued, they are examined by veterinarians and given medical treatment, vaccinated, tested, spayed or neutered, loved and tended to until ready for adoption.

We are proud to be associated with this fine organization and are donating a percentage of all profits to help them in their work. If you would like to adopt a dog or cat, volunteer your time, or contribute to a worthy organization, we encourage you to contact them for further information.
