Ever since I was a child, I've had a love for baking; after college I graduated from Newbury Culinary Arts in Massachusetts. Over the years I would create different desserts, pastries, and cookies. A few years ago I started to play more with cupcakes. I liked the idea that cupcakes were a fond reminder of childhood and were fun and friendly, as well as chic and hip. They help set a mood and a theme for any occasion and their flavor possibilities were endless. I started making them all the time, just for fun, experimenting with recipes, and decorations, and trying them out on my friends and family. Simply Cupcakes is the result of my passion for making sinfully delicious cupcakes from scratch, using only the finest ingredients.
